MacINNES, Angus – A Proud World War II Veteran.  Passed away peacefully with family by his side at Vision Nursing Home, Sarnia, on Monday, June 25, 2012, in his 90th year.  Angus was the loving and devoted husband of Esther for over 62 years.  He will be sadly missed by his beloved children David, Anne (Robert Templeton), and Beth (Mayson Carson).  Awesome grandpa to his only grandchild, Fraser Carson.  Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by brothers Fraser, James, and Ian, and by sisters Margaret Prince and Mona Kemble.  Angus was an IOL retiree and an avid golfer and curler.  The family would like to thank the amazing staff on the 2nd floor at Vision Nursing Home and the staff at Sumac Lodge.  You have gone above and beyond!  The family will honour his life with a visitation at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 N. Christina St., Sarnia on Thursday, June 28 from 1-2 p.m. with a funeral service following at 2 p.m.  Interment will be held at a later date at Douglas Hill Cemetery, Cargill, Ontario.  As an expression of sympathy, friends who wish may send memorial donations to New St. James Presbyterian Church, 280 Oxford St. E., London, ON N6A 1V4 or Vision Nursing Home, 229 Wellington St., Sarnia, ON N7T 1G9.
