Obituary of Mike Leach

LEACH, Michael (Mike)  – Sarnia has lost one of the good guys.  It is with great sadness we announce the death of Mike Leach on Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at the age of 47.  Beloved husband of Gwen for 25 years.  Loving father of Jessica and her husband Peter Lammers and Miranda.  Proud Papa of Bridget and Charlotte.  Dear brother of Gerard, Elaine (David), Douglas (Lynn), John, Michelle (Mark), Theresa, James (Giola), Ronald (Michelle), Rhonda and the late Heather; and brother-in-law of Thane (Ronda), Todd, JoAnna (Andre), and the late Trevor.  Loved son-in-law of Marjorie.  Survived by many nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by his father Jack.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. Peter Keller on Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at Sacred Heart Church (Charlesworth at Lecaron Ave., Sarnia) at 11 a.m.   Family interment will take place in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia at a later date.  Arrangements entrusted to the McKenzie & Blundy Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 519-344-3131.  As an expression of sympathy, friends who wish may send memorial donations to a charity that is close to their heart.  Messages of condolence and memories may be left at www.mckenzieblundy.com A tree will be planted in memory of Mike Leach in the McKenzie & Blundy Memorial Forest.
