Obituary of Françoise Emilia Larochelle

LAROCHELLE, FRANCOISE EMILIA – At Bluewater Health, Sarnia on Monday, August 5, 2013 at the age of 81. Beloved wife of the late Roger Larochelle. Loving mother of Diane, St. Hubert, QC, Richard, Sarnia, Louyse and her husband Frank Balfour, Camlachie and Pierre and his wife Marianne Maniuk, Petrolia. Proud grand mama of Charles, Francois, Bianca and Alexandre. Dear sister of Paul Emile (Louise) Gosselin, QC. Predeceased by her parents Armand & Rose Gosselin and brothers Sylvio and Jean Eves. Francoise was the secretary at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic School for many years. She was a long time member of the Catholic Women's Auxiliary with the church and continued helping part time at the school. Francoise loved to knit and spent many hours making things for others especially blankets and cloths for newborns. Spending quality time with her family gave her great pleasure and Bingo was her favorite past time. Visitation at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 N. Christina St., Sarnia 2-4 p.m. Sunday, August 11, 2013. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. Kathemo Makucha at St. Thomas Aquinas Church on Monday, August 12th at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow with a private family interment.
