TREMPE – MARGARET MADELINE (ARMSTRONG) – Peacefully surrounded by her family at Credit Valley Hospital, Mississauga, on Wednesday, January 29, 2014, Margaret Trempe died at the age of 81. Beloved wife of the late Jean Trempe (2006). Loving mother of John & his wife Michele, Mississauga. Cherished grandmother of Bradley & Curtis Trempe, Mississauga. Dear sister of Donna Christman, Port Elgin, Jean Henderson, Alvinston and Ellen Anderson, Watford. Also survived by "like a son" Blue Patterson, Sarnia. Predeceased by her parents Gladys & Gordon Armstrong and sisters Edith Mitchell, Anna Finnie and Marvel Hudson. Margaret had the rare gift of giving her heart and soul in grace and light showing all what family and friends mean. Margaret was a volunteer with the Cancer Society and Inn Of The Good Shepherd. A special thank you to Margaret's bible study friends with whom she shared many years of companionship and enjoyment and also special long time friends Kendra and Marilyn. Friends will be received at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 Christina St. N., Sarnia, 7 – 9 p.m. on Friday, January 31st . The funeral service will be held in the McKenzie & Blundy Chapel at 2 p.m. Saturday, February 1st 2014 with Lay Chaplain Allan McKeown officiating. Cremation to follow. Interment Lakeview Cemetery at a later date. As an expression of sympathy friends who wish may send memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, 714 Lite St., Pt. Edward, ON N7V 1A6.
