Obituary of Evangeline Rose Marie Westine

WESTINE, Evangeline "Yvonne" Rose Marie - Suddenly at home on Sunday, March 30, 2014, Evangeline Westine died at the age of 81. Beloved wife of the late George (2006). Loving mother of Wade, Sarnia and Susan Kern & Richard Thompson, Forest. Cherished grandmother of Gary Wilson, Jessica Brain & her husband Scott and Stacey McIntosh & her husband Craig. Great-grandmother of Gary & Morgan Wilson, Wesley & Alice Brain and Addison McIntosh. Dear sister of Jeannine Meunier and Evelyn Nogalo. Sister-in-law of Marie Finn, and Brenda MacPherson & her husband Gord. Predeceased by parents Edward & Emma Finn, brothers Lionel, Edward and Omer Finn, sisters Corrine McGrath and Helen Hamilton. Evangeline's passion was her family. She loved to read, spend time on the computer and be in her garden. Friends will be received at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 Christina St. N., Sarnia, on Wednesday, April 2 at 1 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the McKenzie & Blundy Chapel immediately following visitation at 2 p.m. Cremation to follow.
