DEVINE – Sarah Bernadette (Quinn) – Surrounded by her loving family at Twin Lakes Terrace on Sunday, November 7, 2010 at the age of 80. Beloved wife of John. Dear mother of Anne Marie Devine, Newmarket, Carmel (Ralph) D’Alessandro, Sarnia, Noreen Devine, Kitchener and Shaun (Christine) Devine, Waterloo. Loving nana of Kathleen, Owen, Maggie, Michael, Jack, Sara and Julia. Sister of Vincent (Catherine) Quinn, Sarnia, Brendan (Angela) Quinn, N. Ireland, Anthony Quinn, N. Ireland, and Anna Brogan, England. Also surviving are numerous nieces & nephews in Canada, England and N. Ireland. Predeceased by parents Patrick & Elizabeth Quinn, brothers Jim and Leo Quinn and by sisters May McCluskey and Patricia Quinn. Sarah was very devoted to her family and her church. Sarah’s family would like to thank the staff of Twin Lakes Terrace for their loving and supportive care. Visitation will be held at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 Christina St. N., Sarnia, on Thursday from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. where prayers will offered at 8:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Church, 1465 Lecaron Ave., Sarnia on Friday at 11 a.m. Interment Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, friends who wish may send memorial donations to the Alzheimer’s Society, 420 East St. N., Sarnia, N7T 6Y5 or the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation, 774 London Rd., Sarnia, N7T 4Y1. A tree will be planted in memory of Sarah Devine in the McKenzie & Blundy Memorial Forest. Dedication service Sunday, September 18th, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at the Wawanosh Wetlands Conservation Area.
