Obituary of Donald Hewitt

HEWITT, Donald John Paul – Suddenly at his residence on Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at the age of 57. Son of Agnes & the late John Hewitt, Sarnia. Loving father of Chriseta & her husband Ferdinand Apresto, Toronto and Heather & her husband Kareem Dindyal, Toronto. Dear grandfather of Zoe Apresto and Leila and Naiya Dindyal. Husband of Meverley Hewitt. Brother of Jan & her husband Paul Clark, Nova Scotia, Kathy & the late Wayne Hall, Sarnia, Pat Hewitt & his wife Mayumi, Saudi Arabia, Richard (Dyk) Hewitt & his wife Joyce, Windsor, Ken Hewitt, Corunna and Ted Hewitt & his wife Vicky, Sarnia. Brother-in-law of Anita Fisher. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brother John Hewitt. Donald was a proud member of the Boilermaker’s Union Local 128. Visitation will be held at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 N. Christina St., Sarnia on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the McKenzie & Blundy Chapel on Monday at 10:30 a.m. and will be officiated by Fr. Jim Higgins.
