STEVENS, ELIZABETH “BETTY” - On Sunday, November 25, 2007 at Marshall Gowland Manor. ELIZABETH “BETTY” STEVENS, age of 87 of Point Edward. Beloved wife of the late Jack Stevens. Loving mother of John & his wife Rose Stevens, Sarnia, Paul & his wife Rosanne Stevens, Corunna, Jim & his wife Melinda Stevens, Corunna, Dee (Elizabeth) & her husband Thane Hughes, Wetaskiwin, Alberta and Mary & her husband Ed Teft, Sarnia. Loving grandmother of Lori, Kelly, Jason, Scott, Mindi, Amanda, Amy, Megan, Danny, Shane, Toby, Chad, Pam, Clayton, Mary, Joe and Rob. Great-grandmother of Lincoln, Kingston, Ella, Sebastian, Kaylee, Georgia, Tanner, Gwyneth, Fionnuala, Joe, Bruce, Riley and Nicole. Also survived by sister Elva McCrae & her husband Pat, brother-in-law Allan Stewart, Sarnia, sister-in-law Hazel Stevens, sister-in-law Jeanine Stevens & dear friend Ron Chafe and dear friend Susan Smith.. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by four sisters Barbara Pathowski, Edith Telfer, Jean Patterson and Lillian Stewart and two brothers Frank and Bobby Paul. Visitation will be held at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 Christina St. N., Sarnia, on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where prayers will offered at 3:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. Matthew Bedard at St. Benedict’s Church on Thursday at 10 a.m. Interment Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, friends who wish may send memorial donations to the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation, 774 London Rd., Sarnia, N7T 4Y1 or to the charity of their choice.
