Obituary of Ethel Doris Strangway

STRANGWAY, ETHEL DORIS (WILLIAMS), age 95, died peacefully at Bluewater Health - Norman Site on Thursday, August 23, 2007. Beloved wife of the late Clarence (1993). Survived by sister-in-law Louise Strangway, Sarnia and cousin Jean Dunn, Sarnia. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Bert & Mary (Tennison) Williams, brother Lloyd Willams & his wife Jane and sister Irene Jones & her husband Cecil. Ethel was a long time active member of Mandaumin United Church and a life member of the Women's Missionary Society and the United Church Women. She loved making crafts for her friends and the church bazaar. Visitation at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 Christina St. N. on Saturday from 10:30 until noon. The funeral service will be held in the McKenzie & Blundy Chapel on Saturday at 12 noon officiated by Rev. Jean Carruthers. Interment Wyoming Cemetery. Following the burial a reception will be held at Mandaumin United Church.
