Obituary of Ian Mitchell Anderson

ANDERSON, Ian Mitchell - Surrounded by his family at Bluewater Health - Mitton St. site, Sarnia on Monday, July 23, 2007 at the age of 63 years. Loving husband of Kathy and father of Heather and Colin. Predeceased by parents John and Euphemia. Sadly missed by extended family and friends. In the 21 years he resided in Sarnia, Ian was actively involved as Organist of Central United Church, Founder and Director of the Rotary Boys' Choir, and Elementary Music Teacher for the St. Clair Catholic District School Board. Following Ian's wishes, his body has been donated to the Department of Anatomy and Cell Biology - Faculty of Medicine - at the University of Western Ontario. Memorial Service to be held at Central United Church (corner of George and Brock) on Monday, July 30, 2007 at 2 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Organ Fund of Central United Church. A tree has been planted in memory of Ian Anderson in the McKenzie & Blundy Memorial Forest.
