ANGELO "BUCK" JAMES SCIMMI died peacefully surrounded by his family at Bluewater Health - Norman St. Site on June 1, 2007 at the age of 73. Beloved husband of the late Joyce (1997). Loving father of Bernard "Dean" and his wife Lora, the late Sandra (2007) and Carolyne Holmes and her husband John. Cherished nono of Larissa and Nathaniel Scimmi and Jessica Holmes. Dear brother of Nola Longo, Collingwood and uncle of many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Bernardo & Agata, brothers Frank and Henry, sister-in-law Barb (Paff) and brother-in-law Cosmo Longo. Angelo was a long time member of St. Benedict's Church. Employed over 30 years with Dow Chemical and an active long time member of local 672 Union. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 Christina St. N., Sarnia, on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Father Rick Janisse at St. Benedict's Church on Thursday, June 7, 2007 at 10 a.m. Interment to folllow at Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, friends who wish may send memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, 714 Lite St., Pt.
