Obituary of Constance Edith Kozubal

KOZUBAL Constance Edith Kozubal died at Lambton Meadowview Villa on Saturday, April 28, 2007, in her 86th year. Beloved wife of the late Paul Kozubal (1988). Loving mother of Derek Gough and his wife Terry. Dear grandmother to Jennifer May Quackenbush and her husband Doug and Darren Andrew Gough. Survived by sisters Mona Patterson and Kathleen Hawkes. Predeceased by sister Margaret Edgar. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 341 N. Christina St. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 1, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Funeral Home. Cremation has taken place.
