McLEAN, Marilyn – Surrounded by her family and friends, Marilyn passed away on Friday, November 28, 2014 at the age of 63. Loving mother of Shaun (Paula) McLean, Lisa (Mike) Arsenault, John Goodall and Sarah Goodall. Dear grandma of Dominique, Cooper, Kaleb, Gwen, Arianna, Alexandra, Adrian and Ben. Sister of Claire Burchell, Beverly St. Jean and Ernest Burchell. Predeceased by her parents Arthur & Mary Burchell, daughter Annette, sister Pat Arnold and brother Art Burchell. Marilyn will be missed by lifelong friend Allen McLean, cherished friend Peggy Ennett and family, and companion John Bricker. Marilyn is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins, as well as many cherished friends. Marilyn's family would like to thank Drs. Glen Maddison and Melanie Crozier, the staff at Palliative Care, and her V.H.A. Home Healthcare Team for the exceptional care they provided. Marilyn was known for her wit, her generosity, her devotion to family and friends, and her love of animals. She will be dearly missed by the many hearts she touched throughout her lifetime. Family and friends will be received at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431. N. Christina St., Sarnia on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. Jim Higgins at St. Benedict's Church on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. Cremation to follow.
