Obituary of Isable Mary Coleman

COLEMAN, Isabel Mary (Brush) Today we lost an irreplaceable precious jewel. The songs and the laughter are silent now. That wonderful piano music no longer fills our house. That famous smile has faded away. But in my mind, and in my heart, these fond memories will stay forever. Isabel was born on the 28th of June 1929 in Sarnia, Ontario and died on the 19th of June 2013 in North Saanich, B.C. Mourned by her Husband Bill Coleman and her daughters Debra Brander (Ron), Cheryl Cook (Judy), Cindy Stapley, Karen Kellestine (John -deceased) and Son Douglas Cook (Lisa) and step sons William Coleman and Michael Coleman 12 grand children and 11 Great Grand children. Predeceased by parents Roy and Susan Brush and infant daughter Mary Ellen. Isabel made a difference - she left an impression. Not only was she exceedingly beautiful on the outside but was kind and compassionate on the inside. With her first Husband Douglas Cook they raised 5 children in Sarnia, Ontario. Isabel and Husband Bill became partners in 1974. Isabel was a secretary with the CNR Railway in Sarnia and also in Toronto. Since moving to North Saanich, B.C. in 2004 Isabel has devoted many hours entertaining the elderly and the sick in hospitals and nursing homes in this area.
