Obituary of Angela Clayton

CLAYTON (Sewell), Angela – Angela passed away suddenly at home on Saturday, June 7, 2025 at the age of 69. Beloved wife of the late Michael Clayton. Dear mother of Christopher Van Schyndel (Elaine), Melanie Van Schyndel and Rodney Van Schyndel. Grandmother of Misty, Ally, Auston and the late Ethan. Great-grandmother of Lucien, Rayne, Theodore, Kayden. Sister of Joseph Sewell (Dawn), Karen Sewell and Gail Forget (Jeff) and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Joseph and Vera Sewell.

Angela will also be missed by her best friend of 50+ years Judy Vandenberghe with whom she looked forward to watching Coronation Street every day.

Angela retired from the Lambton County District School Board after spending most of her career there.  She loved to travel with her husband and she enjoyed Sunday breakfast with her family.

At Angela’s request, cremation has taken place.
