Obituary of Dennis David Walker

How do you say goodbye when you aren’t ready, when it’s not your choice, when your head and your heart want to stay but your body just won’t let you.  At Bluewater Health on March 4, 2025 @ 1:35 am while in the arms of his loving wife, Dennis David Walker, in his 76^th year, left this earth.

Heartbroken are his wife Katherine/Kathy (Ramsey) of 45 years, his daughter Danielle (Andrew), son Christopher (Jennifer) and his three beautiful grandchildren, Casey, Cody and Oliver.  

Predeceased by Father Hubert Walker and Mother Norma Walker (Beharrell), Father-in-law Edward Ramsey, survived by his dear Mother-in-law Shirley Ramsey (Griffith).

Dennis you will be so profoundly missed by the many lives you touched. From your family, our kids’ friends growing up, your Co-Workers at the Ministry of Environment to the very large extended Ramsey family who you quickly became a part of.  Your sense of humour, especially for one-liners and Walkerism’s to your fierce protection of your family, were your trademarks.  You touched more lives than you ever knew, you are so deeply loved.

Cremation has taken place.  Receiving friends and family at McKenzie Blundy Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 431 Christina St. N., Sarnia on Sunday March 23/25 from 2 – 4 p.m.  A celebration of life will take place on Sunday April 6th from 1 - 4 p.m. at the place Kathy & Dennis celebrated their marriage 45 years ago, the Royal Canadian Legion, 7097 Kilbourne Rd, London, ON N6P 1K5.  As an expression of sympathy, friends who wish may send memorial donations to
