I remember Bob and Sandy from the local Union Hall at Devine and Indian. My parents, Marj and Gord Tough were members there. My dad passed away the same year as Kim. Shortly before I heard about Sandy, I met her at the Service Canada office. We just happened to be waiting to see someone at the same time. She remembered my parents. We talked about Kim and I could feel her pain. RIP Bob and Sandy. You are forever reunited with your daughter Kim. Paula Eves (Tough)

Go rest high on top of the mountain, Bob. You are finally reunited with your beautiful daughter Kim and your best friend, your lovely wife Sandy. I know your journey here on earth was full of love but also immense pain. The kind of pain that can only be understood through the experience.
