ZANDBERGS, Gita - Gita went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at the age of 72. Beloved wife of Modris. Gita was a long time member of Redeemer Lutheran Church and a member of their choir. She retired from teaching in 1995. Being fluent in 5 languages, Gita especially enjoyed teaching English as a Second Language. The memorial service will be held at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 429 Indian Rd. N. Sarnia on Saturday, October 14, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. The family will receive friends at the church prior to the service from 10-11:15 a.m. As an expression of sympathy, those who wish may make a donation to St. Joseph's Hospice, 475 N.
