FERRARI, Angelo P. - Surrounded by his family, Angelo passed away at St. Joseph's Hospice after a long battle with cancer on Friday, June 30, 2017 at the age of 78. Beloved husband of Antonietta "Toni" (Santoro). Dear father of Fernanda DeCiantis (Lino) and Anthony Ferrari. Loving Nonno of Sante DeCiantis, Marco DeCiantis, Catalina Ferrari and Sabrini Antonietta Ferrari. Brother of Anna Saurini (Fernando), Maria Brusco (Benito) and Vicky Salustro (Renzo). Brother-in-law of Anna Ferrera (late Oliviero), Maria Santoro (late Rocco) and Jackie Santoro (Michael Hunt). Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Antonio & Erminia (Saurini) Ferrari and brother-in-law Loreto Santoro. Angelo was retired from the Boilermakers Union Local 128. He was a member of the 4th Degree Knights of Columbus, Holy Rosary Society, the Dante Club and the San Rocco Society. Angelo also volunteered with the Mission of the Seamen. Visitation will be held Monday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 Christina St. N., Sarnia, .Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Mercy Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday, July 4, 2017 at 10 a.m. Entombment Our Lady of Mercy Mausoleum.
