Le FAIVE, Hildred, Mary - Surrounded by her family at St. Joseph's Hospice, Hildred Mary Le Faive died on Sunday, May 22, 2016 at the age of 80. Beloved wife of the late Valentine Joseph Le Faive. Loving mother of Tom Le Faive & his wife Isabelle, B.C., Wendy Morin & her husband John, Sarnia, Gary Le Faive & his wife Lynn, Sarnia, Vincent Le Faive & his partner Donna Van Beers, London and Susan O’Donnell & her husband Mark, Sarnia. Cherished grandmother of Jessica Morin (Jason Gaetz), Michel Morin (Cathy Harris), Rosemary Le Faive (Alexandre Carmel-Veilleux), Carly Morin (Adam Morris-Page), Valerie O’Donnell (Michel-Nemo Pellegrino), Joseph Le Faive (Erica Swan), Jenny Le Faive, Grace O’Donnell (Mario Signorello ), Laura Le Faive, Melanie Le Faive and Margaret Le Faive. Special great-grandmother of Tao, Hanna, Olivia, Nevaeh and Roscoe. Dear sister of Raymond Bissonnette (Shirley), Sarnia. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Zephere & Evelyn Bissonette, brother Vernon and sisters Ariel Glombowski and Louella McGirr. Hildred loved life, animals, gardening and feeding the many neigbourhood birds. Her passion was her family. She enjoyed entertaining and loved to host family gatherings. Her door was always open to visitors. Visitation at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 Christina St. N., Sarnia, on Thursday, May 26, 2016 from 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the McKenzie & Blundy Chapel on Friday, May 27th at 11:00 a.m. Interment in Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery will be at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, friends who wish may send memorial donations to St. Joseph’s Hospice, 475 Christina St. N., Sarnia, N7T 5W3.
