GUZI - GLADYS IRENE GUZI (TAYLOR), age 84 of Sarnia, passed away at Bluewater Health, Mitton Site, on Monday, January 1, 2007. Devoted wife and best friend for over 63 years to James John, affectionately known as Jimmy. Loving mother to son Jim Guzi, his wife Vicky, and daughter Diane Viggers and her husband Rick. Gladys will be sadly missed by her adoring grandchildren Virginia, Sarah, Kevin, Stephen and Sandra and two loveable great-grandchildren Jayvyn and Gavin. Wonderful aunt to many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Alfred and Margaret Taylor (Young); sisters Charlotte Taylor, Vera Louden and Margaret Heath; and brothers Fred, Harold and Chris Taylor. Gladys, a homemaker, was especially devoted to caring for her family. One of her favorite pastimes was walking through Centennial Park with Jimmy and feeding the ducks and squirrels. Gladys, you will forever be in our hearts! Visitation will be held at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 Christina St. N., Sarnia on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, January 5, 2007 at 1 p.m. and will be officiated by Allan McKeown. Interment to follow at Lakeview Cemetery.
