Obituary of Eudene Stuart

STUART - At Bluewater Health, on Thursday, February 8, 2007, EUDENE MAY STUART (nee McCLAIN). Beloved wife of the late Flying Officer Robert Stuart. Dear sister of Hazel Farr and her husband the late Carman of Simcoe, and Iva Watters and her husband the late Jack of Alberta. Predeceased by her parents Harvey and Lily McClain. Eudene graduated from McMaster University and the University of North Dakota with a Ph.D. in Business. She touched the lives of many as a secondary school teacher. Eudene retired from Northern Collegiate as their Business Education Director. During her retirement, she enjoyed activities with her church family, her stamp club, and the University Women's Club. Eudene also enjoyed travelling, golfing and curling with friends. She will be sadly missed, but fondly remembered by her family and friends. Visitation will be held at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 Christina St. N., Sarnia on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and at Central Baptist Church, 391 London Rd., Sarnia on Tuesday from 9 a.m. until the time of service at 10 a.m. when Rev. Don Stratton will officiate. A graveside service will take place at Oakwood Cemetery, in Simcoe, on Tuesday at 3 p.m. with Rev. Elaine Poproski officiating. Those who wish may forward memorial donations to the charity of their choice. A tree has been planted in memory of Eudene Stuart in the McKenzie & Blundy Memorial Forest.
